Factory-Certified Installers Extend Your Two-Year to a Three-Year Warranty
Sub-Zero will extend your full warranty by one additional year when your unit is installed by a factory-certified installer. These professionals undergo extensive training and testing to ensure your appliance is handled with care and installed properly. For high-performance appliances like Sub-Zero, this added step provides extra peace of mind.
A Full Five-Year Sealed System Warranty
For five years from the original installation date, this warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace the following sealed system components under normal residential use: compressor, condenser, evaporator, drier, and all connecting tubing. This service must be performed by a Sub-Zero factory-certified service provider. Luxury Appliance Care is authorized to perform this service.
A Limited 12-Year Sealed System Warranty
For twelve years from the date of original installation, Sub-Zero will repair or replace the following parts that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship: compressor, condenser, evaporator, drier and all connecting tubing. If the owner uses Sub-Zero Factory Certified Service, they will replace or repair the parts, and the owner will be responsible for labor and any other associated costs. If using non-certified service, the owner must contact Sub-Zero, Inc. directly for replacement parts. Sub-Zero does not reimburse for parts purchased through non-certified providers. If the owner uses Cove Factory Certified Service, they will replace or repair the parts, and the owner will be responsible for labor and any other associated costs. If using non-certified service, the owner must contact Cove Appliance, Inc. directly for replacement parts. Cove Appliance does not reimburse for parts purchased through non-certified providers.
