Q: Do you service brands other than what is listed on the website?
A: No, we have an exclusive service contract with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove and only work on their products and Best appliances. 

Q: Do you service my area?

We operate in the counties of Queens, Nassau and Suffolk on Long Island. If you are not in our service area, we will refer you to a Factory Certified Service company that can assist you.

Q: What is the best way to schedule an appointment?

A: Call our customer service team at 800-853-8064 or schedule online. Our team will collect information for our technicians and schedule your service call as soon as possible.

Q: What information do I need to provide when scheduling?

We’ll need the standard information—your name, contact info, and address—as well as information about your appliance, including the model and serial number (see next question for help finding that info). The more information you can provide about your appliance, the better prepared your technician will be when he arrives at your home.

Q: How do I locate my model and serial number?

A: Our customer service representatives are happy to help you with this. You can also find more information here.

Q: What do you charge for service?

We charge a flat diagnostic trip charge to come to your home and assess the appliance, which we will quote to you before scheduling. Your technician will then explain the problem, provide a quote for labor and parts, and will not perform any work until you authorize them to. As a Factory Certified Service, we are accountable to Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove to have fair, consistent, and transparent pricing. 

Q: How do I find what my warranty coverage is?

A: Click here to review Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove’s residential warranties. To register your product or check your warranty, please contact the Customer Care team of Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove. Please note: all warranty service must be performed by a Factory Certified Service company, and in the counties of Queens and Nassau, we are the only Factory Certified Service company.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
